Are all of the ingredients safe for me to take?

This is an all too important question that most women won’t even think twice about before taking a herbal supplement. Most people figure that if it is on the market that it must be safe to take. This is far from reality. The makers of the pills are under no type of regulation whatsoever. Did you just read that? The pill makers are under no type of regulation. If you felt you knew what herbs where going to make your bust grow bigger, you could start selling your formula tomorrow with no questions asked. This poses a very large problem for people just taking these drugs.

Certain herbs can cause problems for women. This doesn’t mean you, but it is possible for Kava Kava along with Black cohosh to cause some women adverse side effects. Hundreds of Thousands of women have taken these pills without problems, but there are some that have cramping or stomach pains as a result.

Black Cohosh – Black cohosh (known as both Actaea racemosa and Cimicifuga racemosa), a member of the buttercup family, is a perennial plant that is native to North America. Other common names include black snakeroot, bugbane, bugwort, rattleroot, rattletop, rattleweed, and macrotys. Insects avoid it, which accounts for some of these common names.

Black cohosh can cause stomach discomfort and headaches gastric complaints, heaviness in the legs, and weight problems. Women should also stay away from black cohosh if they are pregnant because it has a high rate of miscarage. People that have an allergy to asprin or other pain killing drugs should also steer clear of black cohosh because of problems.

Many of the breast pills use black cohosh as an ingredient though. They use it because it can have hormonal effects that can be a benefit to women going through hot flashes, or menopausal symptoms. It also helps to balance the hormonal system and then help in the increase of the breast tissue.
