The 10 most effective tips to maintain a firm and beautiful bust

We are still in the hot season! And I can imagine that it isn’t necessary to remind you of what’s happening every year at this time, or? Well, all of us (myself included, of course) want to have breasts that look beautiful at the beach, swimming pool or even on the terrace in our own home! But sometimes this isn’t possible because our breasts, being withered after the winter, need some small adjustments. But don’t worry, we’ll show you the tricks to fix this:

1. Each time you exercise (whatever type) use a proper bra for sport, which firmly hold your chest.

2. Avoid losing or gaining weight abruptly. If you do it is very possible that you get stretch marks on the breasts and they will also lose a part of their firmness.

3. Do not sleep face down as it could be harmful to your breasts to hold your own weight for many hours.

4. The breasts need to be exfoliated and hydrated. Hydrate them whenever you can and exfoliate at least once or twice a week.

5. Though it may seem silly, it is very important to use appropriate bras for your breasts. Find out what bra size suits your measurements.

6. For the neck and the neckline, it is imperative to use a cream that prevents the skin from sagging in that area, because as you know all male eyes go to that area!

7. Exercise the breasts daily to get them firm.

8. Shower with cold or tepid water, this is ideal for keeping the skin smooth, it also activates the blood circulation and reinforce the skin.

9. Walking hunched or having a bad posture causes the breasts to fall. Always walk up-right and with a straight back.

10. And, last but not least, you need to check the breasts regularly because it can prevent problems or they can be discovered in time.
